Web 1.122.0

  • Added Carcase section for importing carcase data, linking to animals, and reporting.
    New menu item for Carcase accessible for Admins and Area Managers.

    Import Templates - used to create and manage the Import Templates for mapping the feedback files returned from Abattoirs. Set default actions, import your example file and map data fields to the appropriate StockMate field, ignoring irrelevant data points as required.

    Carcase Attributes -     Add Value mappings that are shown in Carcase feedback files, against a set list of Carcase Attributes to ensure data is correctly mapped to StockMate Values, when imported into Kill Lots. Allows the standardisation of data for easy comparison across your organisation and kill location.

    Kill Lots -     Import the feedback files returned from Abattoirs to create Kill Lots. Through the import process,  animals can be added to Exit Sessions, with various methods to calculate Exit Weight and also add to an Animal Sale Group (when subscribed to the Financial Module).

    Carcase Performance Report -     View Carcase data imported into StockMate, alongside pre-existing StockMate data, to help identify performance trends. Included are Preset Report Configurations and Pivots, which can be built upon and customised to suit you individual requirements. 


  • Animal Sale Groups (ASGs) can now pull income amount from Carcase Gross Value.
    Carcase Values can be imported as part of the Kill Lot - this can then be used as the Sales amount for the animal in an ASG. The Carcase import allows for auto creation of a new ASG, select an existing ASG to prorate, or update existing ASGs.


  • Added support for looking up animals by their Beast ID.
    Beast ID can now be used for searching for animals - in animal lookup, as well as in other areas where animal searching is available such as assigning Joining Male or Parents.
    Beast ID must be known - only the exact match is returned. Wildcard search is not supported for Beast ID lookup.
