Web 1.126.0

  • Added new fields to Treatment Items: Manufacturer, Government Identifier, Formulation Type, Product Type, Application Method.
In the Treatment Item edit form, there are now several new fields for recording extra product information.

The Treatment List has also been updated to include the new fields.

  • Treatments can now log expiry date without using inventory.
On Treatment Item setup, Expiry Date can now be made required. This will validate in Inventory Purchases and when Treatments are applied to animals via Scan, Session defaults, CSV Import or Bulk Sessions.

Expiry Date can now be entered via the Scan Screen.

Expiry Date can be set on Treatment Session Defaults.

Update or apply Expiry Date via Bulk Edit.

Import Expiry Date as part of the Treatments CSV.

Expiry Date can also be applied via Bulk Session.

Reporting: If Expiry Date is left blank when the treatment is applied to the animal, reports will continue to show the Expiry Date entered against the Inventory Purchase (if any). If the Expiry Date is applied with the Treatment, reports will show this Expiry Date; rather than the Inventory Purchase Expiry Date.

  • Added option to include old tags in animal look-up.
Animal Lookup, by default, will only search identifiers currently linked to animals. This will help improve performance; especially on larger databases.
To lookup an animal by a previous tag assigned to it, select the "Include old tags" option.

  • Fixed an issue where the Focus Field option was automatically set to EID for all sessions.
Bug introduced in the previous release where the Focus Field was added. Historical Sessions and Session Templates will now have their Focus Field reset.
