Changes Notification Web 1.138.3, App 2.105.3

The StockMate testing team are in the final stages of reviewing the next StockMate release. Official release notes will be sent via email the day prior to the release going live. Web 1.138.3

  • Added "Email Report" feature to Sessions Report which allows generating a report in the background and emailing the results.
    This is particularly useful for very large reports that take a long time to generate. Report requests that time out when running normally can be run in the background with a much greater time out limit. The Sessions Report results can be emailed to the logged in user's email as desired. There is now a new option next to the load button.

    The report results will be sent in CSV format, including the provided search criteria and report fields. If the report results are too large to attach to an email, a link will be provided to download the CSV.
    In the event a report does time-out when attempting to load directly to the webpage, the timeout message will include a suggestion to email the report instead.

  • Improved performance of animal scans CSV import.

App 2.105.3

  • Optimised Session Log Pack section of sync process.
    Further split up the Session Log Pack to assist with timeouts, particularly for large databases.

  • Reduced incidence of "The given key [key] was not present in the dictionary" sync error when syncing data that is being changed on the web at the same time.
    Automatic retry of sync is now triggered when the error is encountered.

  • Fixed a rare issue that caused sync to restart to revive animal records when there were none to revive.

Hotfix Web 1.138.1 - released 11/06/2025

  • Fixed an issue that prevented old apps (pre-2.105.0) from syncing when there was specific data that needed to be synced down.

Hotfix Web 1.138.2 - released 13/06/2025

  • Fixed an issue that prevented very old apps (pre-2.95.0) from syncing.

Hotfix App 2.105.1 - released 13/06/2025

  • Fixed crash when rotating Treatment Edit screen with blank Expiry Date. 
    The Treatment session setup screen can now be rotated without the app crashing if Expiry Date has not been populated.


  • Fixed issue where Live Backup could get out of sync if enabled during a sync that downloaded revived animals.

  • Fixed "Sequence contains no elements" sync error.

Hotfix App 2.105.2 - released 20/06/2025

  • Fixed an issue with sync resume after sync was interrupted during an initial sync.
