Several useability and performance improvements.

• Vet and other services can now be recorded against individual scans, not just against the session itself.
  
• Treatments can now be added and edited when bulk editing scans.
  
• Blank PICs will no longer appear in NLIS PIC selection boxes.
  
• Changed row numbering when reporting CSV import validation errors so that row numbers correspond to the rows as displayed in Excel, rather than the position of the record in the dataset.
  
• Added "Animal Structure" trait. Split "Testes Tone" trait into left and right. "Semen Sample ID" trait now supports alphanumeric characters. "Motility" trait now supports a value of zero.
