Update the App

The StockMate App is initially downloaded from the StockMate Website using this article: Install StockMate & Setup Tablet (app).
Once the initial install has occurred, each time StockMate is synced, the app will automatically check and prompt for updates as new app versions become available.
If an update is found, follow the prompts to update the app to the latest version (see 'Automatic Check After Sync' section below for detail). A manual check can also be completed by tapping the App Update Status icon in the top tool bar (see 'Manual Check' section below for detail).

Automatic Check After Sync

On completion of sync, the StockMate app will automatically check and download app updates if they are available.
  1. Select Sync. On completion of sync select Dismiss, Install.
  2. Select Install, Open. The StockMate App will now be on the latest version.

Manual Check

A manual check and update can be completed at any time by tapping the icon in the top tool bar.
  1. Select the App Update icon in the top tool bar, Check Now.

    Icons indicate status
    1. App up to date.
    2. New Version available.
    3. New Version downloading.
  2. Select Install, Install, Open or Dismiss.
