Edit Existing Treatments – using Import/Export CSV (web)

The Import/Export CSV function can be used to add or edit Treatments in Imported, Scanned or Bulk Sessions entered via the web or the app.
Data can be added or edited in a selected Session by:
  1. exporting a CSV of the existing Session information,
  2. editing the desired fields and
  3. importing the CSV file containing the updated information.

Exporting a CSV of an existing Session

  1. Select Sessions. Select the Session that needs to be added to/edited.

  2. Select Import/Export CSV, Import/Export Treatments.

  3. Select Export Treatments to CSV
  4. A CSV file will be downloaded to your PC. The file name will be the same as the Selected Session Name.

Editing the Exported CSV Treatments file

Warning
Edit via CSV results in a complete overwrite of the field value. StockMate does not record the original value entered in the session. To maintain a copy of the data prior to Edits, it is recommended to save a copy of the Exported file before continuing.
  1. Locate the Exported Treatments CSV file on your PC, Open.

  2. Add/Edit the required information in the CSV file. Save the file in CSV format.
For example, the Batch number of the Treatment had not been recorded at the time of the Session, and needs to be updated.
    Info
Refer Import CSV – Input Information (web) for detailed information about the required formatting in CSV files.
    Alert
Do not change the format of any fields in the Exported CSV file as this will cause errors when imported into StockMate.
