Email Reports

Email Reports

Email Reports functionality enables a user to email, to themselves, the search criteria and results that are on-screen.
This is useful where results are likely to time-out on screen as in the case of large reports.
The information will be emailed to the user who is logged into the Stockmate.

Accessing Email Reports

  1. Input Search Criteria as required. In the Results section of the screen, select the drop-down arrow, select Email Report.
  2. The Search Criteria and Results will be emailed to the address of the user who is logged in. Hover over Email Report to check the email address.
  3. A notification will appear at the top right of the screen to indicate that the report is being prepared.
  4. The report will be emailed to the user.

  5. Alternatively, whilst the results are loading a message will appear on-screen advising the user of the option to use the Email Report functionality.
