Financial Overview (web)

The Livestock Financial module allows users to record financial data against individual animals and groups of animals from acquisition to sale.

This section is comprised of the following articles:
  1. Financial Subscription (web) - The financial module is an optional paid module, find out how to manage your subscription.
  2. Financial Tenant Settings (web) - Optional tenant setting to allow ASGs to use Last Weight rather than being limited to Exit Weight.
  3. Add Financial - APG, ASG, OTH (web)
    1. Animal Purchase Groups (APGs) - To animals in Arrival Sessions, allocate the animal amount, freight expense, commission expense, and any other expenses.
    2. Animal Sales Groups (ASGs) - To animals in Exit Sessions,  allocate the animal amount, freight expense, commission expense, any other income, and any other expenses.
    3. Other Transactions (OTH) - To animals in any Session type, allocate freight expense, commission expense, any other income, and any other expenses.
Reports:
  1. Financial - Animal Purchases Report (web) - The Animal Purchases Report is similar to the Livestock Report (web) but also includes financial information unique to APGs.
  2. Financial - Animal Sales Report (web) - The Animal Sales Report is similar to the Livestock Report (web) but also includes financial information unique to ASGs.
  3. Financial - Animal Whole of Life Report (web) - The Animal Whole of Life Report is similar to the Livestock Report (web) but also includes financial information from APGs, ASGs, OTH, and Treatments, and calculates Gross Profits.
