Scan Screen

  1. To add within the App scan screen, tap FOLLOW-UPS, Add, enter Follow-up Reason, Follow-up Date, Save & Close.
  2. To Resolve, when an animal with an active follow-up is scanned a pop-up will appear. Tap   to complete or  x  to remove, Continue.

    OR tap FOLLOW-UPS, tap   to complete or  x  to remove.

Session Defaults

  1. From Session Setup, tick Follow-ups, tap Add.
  2. Select Follow-up Reason, Follow-up Days/Date. Choose whether to tick or untick the Applied box. Tap the back arrow to retain.

    Ticked means the Follow-up will be applied by default. Unticked means the Follow-up will be available but not applied. Regardless of the default, the Applied tick can be modified per animal within the session.
  3. Repeat to add additional Follow-ups.

Animal Lookup

  1. To add via Find Animal, Add. 
  2. Enter Follow-up Reason and Follow-up Date, Save Changes. 
  3. To Resolve follow-ups, tap V, select   to complete or  x  to remove, Save Changes.

Follow-up status shows as at the current date (not the report/session date).

Follow-up Reasons

A preset list of follow-ups can be added, allowing for quick selection and standisation of follow-ups. All Follow-up Reasons will be selectable in dropdown lists when adding Follow-ups to Animals. Follow-up Reasons can also be used as search criteria in the Follow-ups Report.
Follow-up Reasons have a fifty character limit.
Admin or Area Manager permissions level users can add, edit or delete Follow-up Reasons. Operator permission level users are view only.
  1. From the dashboard tap  , Livestock Lists, Follow-up Reasons.
  2. To add a Follow-up Reason, tap +, enter detail, Save.
  3. To edit an existing Follow-up Reason, select from the list, edit detail, Save.
  4. To delete an existing Follow-up Reason, select from the list, Delete.
