Scan Screen

Follow-up Date cannot be before the current date.

1. To add a follow-up within the web scan screen, select + Add.
   
   
2. Enter Follow-up Reason, Follow-up Date. Select + Add and repeat to add additional follow-ups. When complete select Save Changes.
   
   
3. To Resolve follow-ups, click Follow-ups panel, select Complete or  x  to remove, Save Changes.
   
   

Session Defaults

1. From within a session, select Session Defaults.
   
   
2. Tick the Follow-ups card, select Edit.
   
   
3. Select + Add, enter Follow-up Reason, Follow-up Date. Choose whether to tick or untick the Applied box. Repeat to add additional follow-ups. When complete select Save, Done.
   

   

   Ticked means the Follow-up will be applied by default. Unticked means the Follow-up will be available but not applied. Regardless of the default, the Applied tick can be modified per animal within the session.
   
   
4. Animals scanned into the session will be given the Follow-ups.
   
   

   Follow-up Session Defaults are not applied to CSV imports.
