Overview

The Follow-ups functionality allows animals to have multiple concurrent Follow-ups, with due dates and traceability of resolved Follow-ups. Adding Follow-ups to animals can be done via Scan sessions, Animal Details/Lookup, or in bulk using Bulk Add or Import CSV. Reporting on Follow-ups can be achieved via a dedicated Follow-ups report, the Follow-ups tab under Animal Details/Lookup, and an animal's follow-ups are available on Scan Screens.

Follow-ups for animals can be added and resolved on an individual basis, or in Bulk. This can be done in the following areas of StockMate:
  1. Scan Screen – App and Web
It can be preset via Session Defaults.
  1. Animal Lookup – App and Web
  2. Bulk Add - Web on
  3. CSV Import - Web only
