Inventory - Stocktake Report

The Stocktake Report is used to view corrections to Item stock levels made, during a given date range.
The adjustments are made automatically. Closing Quantity reflects the Quantity entered in the Stocktake transaction. The Quantity (Ttl) field reflects the adjustment to Item stock levels.
Users with Administrator permissions have full access to Inventory Reports. Area Managers are limited to their Management Areas. Operators do not have access to Inventory Reports.
Some Search Criteria fields support wildcard search, these are marked with *? or *.

  1. Select Inventory, Reports, Stocktake.

  2. Select Search Criteria, Report Configuration, Load.
    The blue Transaction Dates allow you to clickthrough to the Transaction for review or editing.

  3. The Report can be configured using a similar process to other StockMate reports. See Report Configurations or Report Search Criteria for more detail.
