Each of these is explained in detail below.
When Items are purchased, enter the detail into a Purchase Transaction.
Expiry Date can be applied to an Item and Batch within StockMate via a Purchase Transaction. The Expiry Date will be displayed in the Inventory and Treatments reports, when the matching Item and Batch are used (unless an Expiry Date is applied as part of the session).
- On the Dashboard, tap Inventory, +, New Purchase.



Enter Purchase Details, tap
Add to enter Item detail.

Enter new Suppliers via the app main menu
Settings, Purchasers & Vendors. Refer to
Setup Contacts (web & app) for further information.
Tap
+ Add to add further Item details. When complete tap
Save.

To edit a Transaction; select from the Inventory Transactions list, from the Options Menu, tap
Edit. Make changes as required,
Save.


To delete a Transaction; select from the Inventory Transaction list, tap
Delete in the Options Menu
.
A notification will be displayed on screen. Tap
Delete Transaction.


Sales
When Items are sold, enter the detail into a Sales Transaction.
- On the Dashboard, tap Inventory, +, New Sale.



Enter Sales Details, tap Add to enter Item detail.
Enter new Customers via the app main menu Settings, Purchasers & Vendors. Refer to Setup Contacts (web & app) for further information. - Add further Item details. When complete tap Save.

- To edit a Transaction; select from the Inventory Transactions list. From the Options Menu, tap Edit. Make changes as required, Save.


- To delete a Transaction; select from the Inventory Transaction list, tap Delete in the Options Menu.
A notification will be displayed on screen. Tap Delete Transaction.


Wastage
When Items are wasted, enter the detail into a Wastage Transaction. There are two options for entering Wastage on the app:
- via a Session; or
- via Inventory
Wastage via a Session
- From the Scan Summary screen tap Wastage.

Enter Wastage Details, tap Add to enter Item detail.
Property and Session Code will be auto populated to match the session.
Hardware Devices will be disconnected while Wastage is being entered. Animals scanned while the Wastage Details screen is opened may need resending/rescanning on return to the session.
- Add Item details. When complete tap Save.

To edit a Transaction; tap Wastage on the Scan Summary screen, edit as required, Save.
Each time Wastage is selected from within the session, the same Transaction will open.
- To delete a Transaction; tap Wastage on the Scan Summary screen. On the Wastage Details screen, tap
beside the item to be deleted.

Wastage via Inventory
- On the Dashboard, tap Inventory, +, New Wastage.



- Enter Wastage Details, tap Add to enter Item detail.

- Tap Add to add further Item details. When complete tap Save.

- To edit a Transaction; select from the Inventory Transactions list. From the Options Menu, tap Edit. Make changes as required, Save.


- To delete a Transaction; select from the Inventory Transaction list, tap Delete in the Options Menu.
A notification will be displayed on screen. Tap Delete Transaction.


Stocktake
When a Stocktake is carried out, enter the detail into a Stocktake Transaction.
StockMate will record the actual Stocktake value you enter, and calculate the adjustment from reality each time you run reports. Therefore, an accurate Stocktake date/time, like all Transactions, is critical.
On the Dashboard, tap Inventory, +, New Stocktake.
- Enter Stocktake Details, tap Add to enter Item detail.

- Add further Item details. When complete tap Save.

- To edit a Transaction; select from the Inventory Transactions list, from the Options Menu, tap Edit. Make changes as required, Save.


- To delete a Transaction; select from the Inventory Transaction list, tap Delete in the Options Menu.
A notification will be displayed on screen. Tap Delete Transaction.
