Position Statement Report (web)

The Position Statement Report provides a summary of Ins, Outs, and Deads for a given date range. It may be useful for providing a snap shot of animal arrivals, transfers and exits over a month, quarter or year.

This is a summary report only, individual animal data can not be obtained.

Generating the Report

  1. Select Reports, Ins and Outs, Position Statement.

  2. Specify ‘Search Criteria’ if desired, and select a 'Report Configuration'. Load.

    AlertIf there is search criteria selected, the associated column must be included in the report configuration - this is to ensure all relevant head numbers are included in the report.
    For example, if a Property has been selected in search criteria, include Property in the report configuration.
  3. Once the results have loaded, tick the Hide zeroes option so that report lines that contain all zero quantities will be hidden.

    A popover will be displayed when the option is hovered over with a mouse, to let the user know the conditions for hiding report rows.

  4. The results of the search are displayed on screen. The report can be downloaded to a CSV file, if desired.

    The Data Check field is an alert for questionable data, e.g., an Animal with multiple arrival sessions, or animals with a session after their exit.
