Setup Management Areas (web)
Management Areas can be used to define Properties of the business under different management; for example: QLD/WA, North/South, or Sunny/Waterloo. If there is just one Property, it is still necessary to setup one Management Area (use the Property Name).
Management Areas are linked to permissions and give the user access to view, add, edit and report on data from within the Management Area. Refer to
User Permissions for further information.
- As an Administrator, select Administration, Users & Permission, Management Areas, + Add Record.

Enter the Management Area Details fields, select Properties under management, Save Changes.
A single Property can belong to multiple Management Areas, if required.
- Repeat steps 1 & 2 to set up each Management Area.
