Setup Treatment Items (web & app)
This is a pre-populated list in StockMate that can be added to or edited via the web & app.

Enter Items in the Units that they are used, i.e., If you receive and use the item in different units (e.g., L vs mL) always select the units it is used in (e.g., mL).
Setup Treatment Items on the Web
- Select Configuration, Treatment Lists, Treatment Items.

- To edit an existing Treatment Item, select the record, edit as required, and Save.

The descriptions of the fields on the Edit Treatment Item screen are as follows: - Name: Input the name of the Treatment Item.
- Code: (Optional) Input code.
- Description: (Optional) Input Description for the Treatment Item.
- Required Fields: (Optional) If selected Batch Number, Bottle ID or Expiry Date entry will be enforced when using the Item.
- Manufacturer: (Optional) Input the company that produces the Treatment Item.
- Government Identifier: (Optional) Input Individual product number identifier, allocated by the national chemical regulator, such as the AVPMA.
- Formulation Type: (Optional) The form of the product; a set list available in drop-down.
- Product Type: (Optional) Categorized types of formulation, for application; a set list available in drop-down.
- Application Method: (Optional) The act of administration for the Treatment Item; a set list available in drop-down.
- Units: Select the units the Treatment Item is used in, i.e., If you receive and use the item in different units (e.g., L vs mL) always select the units it is used in (e.g., mL).
- WHP: (Optional) Input the Withhold Period of the Treatment Item.
- ESI: (Optional) Input the Export Slaughter Interval of the Treatment Item.
- HGP: (Optional) Tick if the item is a HGP Item. When the item is given to an animal its HGP status will automatically be updated within StockMate.
- Dose: (Optional) Input a default dose for the Treatment Item. If the Weight-based option is ticked, units/kg must be entered. I.e., enter the recommended dosing rate, it can be changed in the session setup if required.
- Rounding: Select rounding options. Only available when the Weight-based option is selected.
- Cost: (Optional) Input the amount per unit you pay for the Treatment Item, exclusive of tax.
- Price: (Optional) Input the amount per unit you charge for the Treatment Item, exclusive of tax.
If Expiry Date is setup as a required field on the Edit Treatment Item screen, entry will be required. The Expiry Date entered will validate in Inventory Purchases and when Treatments are applied to animals via Scan, Session Defaults, CSV Import or Bulk Sessions.- To add to the list, select + Add Treatment Item, enter Treatment Item Details, and Save.

- The information will be visible on the Treatment Items screen.

Setup Treatment Items on the App
- To add to the list of Treatment Items, tap Configuration (top-right cog icon), Treatment Lists, Treatment Items.

- Tap +, enter details, Save.
