Attribute Edit Permissions

Attribute edit permissions can be configured via Tenant Settings - under the Security Tab.
The permissions to edit and configure attribute values can be changed by an Administrator. The minimum permission level required to edit each attribute list can be adjusted to suit operational needs.
If the user has lower permissions than required, they will be unable to add new values, edit or archive/delete existing values.
If a user does not have permission to modify the attribute, buttons/fields will be in an unusable state, and notification messages will be seen when attempting to interact with the buttons.
Refer to Tenant Settings (web) for further information on adjusting attribute edit permissions.

Permission by Item and Function

The table below details the permissions for the three user roles throughout StockMate: Administrator, Area Manager, and Operator.

Key:

Y = Yes, the feature is available to that role.

N = No, the feature is not available to that role.

MA = the feature is limited to the assigned Management Area/s for that role.

* = the Menu item is inaccessible (greyed out) for Operators.

AlertWhen assigning a role to a user, there is an option to assign the user Read-only access.
Read-only access allows the user to view and run reports, however they will be unable to create/edit/delete data. These users will not be able to sync on the App.
Read-only access can be assigned for Administrator, Area Manager and Operator roles.
See the Setup Users (web) article for more detail on adding or editing users.
