Web 1.117.0
Added "Reduce Data" feature which allows excluding historical data from synced devices for animals that have been exited, dead, or missing for some time. This decreases the size of app backups and can improve the performance of the app. This feature can be configured in Tenant Settings.
An Administrator will need to access the Tenant Settings to turn on the functionality and nominate the number of months. Exited, Dead and Missing animals will then be assessed against the setting and flagged for deletion of historical data on the app database.

A nightly task will be run to mark the animals for purge - so changes to the tenant settings will not come into effect until the following day.

There will be no other changes apparent on the StockMate Website interface, all historical data will remain visible against all animals. See the App details below for information about the functionality on the app.
- Redesigned Tenant Settings screen.
The Tenant Settings screen will be updated to split each section into its own Tab.
A few other minor adjustments have been made - e.g. Visual Tags and NVD Requirements are found on the "Required" Tab.

- Resolved error that occurred on deleting a scan or session that contained Breed Content logs.
Breed Content logs can now be delete successfully.
App 2.85.0
Added "Reduce Data" feature which allows excluding historical data from synced devices for animals that have been exited, dead, or missing for some time. This decreases the size of app backups and can improve the performance of the app. This feature can be configured in Tenant Settings.
Once the tenant setting has been applied, and the nightly task run to mark animals for Purge - a sync must be completed on the StockMate App to pull down the animals that can have their data removed to reduce the size of the App database. This is occurring on a per tablet basis, so each tablet will need to complete the purge to be using the smaller Database.
If large amounts of animals are available for purge, a prompt will be given after the completion of sync.
At any time this can also be carried out via About & Support, Reduce Data on Device.
Depending on the amount of data being purged the process could take an hour or more.

If Find Animal is used to search for a purged animal - very limited fields will contain data, a message will be shown advising the animal has been purged.

If a purged animal is scanned into a session - a message will be given on the scan screen to advise the history for the animal has been purged, many of the data fields will appear blank.

A note will be attached to the animal including the session code the animal returned in.

On sync a check will be done to see if any purged animals have been scanned - if so, their history will be synced to the app. Any other purged apps will also resync the history for the animal/s on next sync.
- Resolved error that occurred on deleting a scan or session that contained Breed Content logs.
Breed Content logs can now be delete successfully.
