Edit Existing Session - via Scan Screen (web)
Existing Sessions can be edited or added to via the Scan Screen. This functionality is used to update an individual animal record.
If multiple animal records need to be edited or updated, this can be done:
- via a Bulk Edit, refer to Edit Existing Session – using Bulk Edit (web) for detailed instructions; or
- via the Import/Export CSV function. Refer to Edit Existing Session – using Import/Export CSV (web) and Edit Existing Treatments – using Import/Export CSV (web) for further details.
- Select Sessions. Select the Session to be added to or edited.
- Select the animal record to be updated.
In the example, the weight of the animal was incorrectly recorded in the Arrival Session and is being changed via the web. - Update the desired fields in the Scan Screen. Select, Save Changes.
In this example, update the weight. - The updated information is then reflected in the Session.
