Inventory - Inventory Report

The Inventory Report is used to view Item stock levels at a given point in time.

Users with Administrator permissions have full access to Inventory Reports. Area Managers are limited to their Management Areas. Operators do not have access to Inventory Reports.

Some Search Criteria fields support wildcard search, these are marked with *?.

  1. Select Inventory, Reports, Inventory.

  2. Select Search Criteria, Report Configuration and Load.

  3. Once the Report is loaded, the Hide Zeros option can be ticked so that report lines that contain all zero quantity/head will be hidden.

    A popover will be displayed when the option is hovered over with a mouse, to let the user know the conditions for hiding report rows.
