Setup Mobs (web & app)

Setup Mobs (web & app)

Mobs can be used to identify management groups or groups of animals within the Class categories, e.g., 2022 Domestic Weaners, 2022 Export Weaners etc. Mob names should be carefully considered to met operational usage whilst addressing management and Head Office requirements. Mobs can be added and edited on the web & app.
Idea
Considered categorisation strategy improves reporting granularity and management simplicity. Consistency in naming conventions across the organisation is critical.
Info
Assigned Mobs can change over time, or as a result of husbandry etc. e.g., 2022 Domestic Weaners become 2023 Grower Steers. StockMate tracks the changes in Mob.
