Web 1.133.0

  • Changing the sub type of Arrival sessions is now allowed in all cases.
Previously, Arrival sub types were split into two groups - it was not possible to change sub type to one outside of the current sub type's group.
The sub type of Arrival sessions can now be changed as required, regardless of grouping. The functionality is available from Session Details and Session Templates.
When a sub type that triggers NLIS upload records is changed to one that does not - NLIS upload records will be removed. A notification is presented to alert to this.

If a sub type that does not trigger NLIS upload records is changed to one that does - NLIS upload records will be generated. A notification is given to advise, and mentions the NVD field may also need populating against the animals.

Arrival/Induction fields will now all be available on the web Scan Screen and Bulk Edit for all Arrival session sub types. NVD will continue to be hidden for Natural Increase, Opening Stock and Found sub types.

  • Origin Paddock can now be assigned in Natural Increase sessions.
In Natural Increase (also Opening Stock, and Found) Arrival session sub types - an Origin Paddock can now be assigned, along with Origin Property.
    Info
Both Internal and External Properties are now available from the Origin Property dropdown. To assign an Origin Paddock - the Origin Property must be Internal.
A default can be selected via session setup.

Values can be applied via the Scan Screen, Bulk Edit, and CSV Import.
    Info
The Origin Property/Paddock fields are editable only in Arrival sessions. In Handling/Exit sessions they are visible for information purposes.

Origin Paddock has been added to reports that contain Origin Property.

  • Added Accumulated Head Days report that breaks down Ins and Outs by day.
A new sub option has been added to the Reports menu: "Ins and Outs" contains various summary reports to give a snap shot Ins and Outs over given periods.
The Accumulated Head Days report provides a daily breakdown for a group of animals.
The Search Criteria selected defines the group of animals the report results will return. For this reason, the entire Accumulated Head Days report is equivalent to a single report row in the Head Days or Position Statement reports.
Depending on search criteria, the report works for more than just location e.g. monitoring the number of Active animals in a Mob over a given period.

Session links are provided for the Sessions where Ins and Outs have occurred. These are clickable links, so they can be used to access the session.
    Idea
Use Ctrl + click to open in a new tab, and not lose you're generated report results.
    Info
It may be that only some of the animals in the session were involved in the transfer.

  • Modified original "Head Days" calculation to use industry-standard approach and added "Partial Head Days" column for the original approach.
The Accumulated Head Days, Head Days, and Whole of Life Reports (Financial Module required) contain the report column called "Head Days" - one head day is calculated by a crossing of midnight.
The Head Days Report has an extra reporting field called "Partial Head Days", this calculation method considers one head day as a complete 24hour period. Partial Head Days is displayed with decimals to represent the parts of the 24hours e.g. Animal has an Arrival session at 6am, by 6pm the Partial head days will show as 0.5 (12 hours = half a day).
