Generating the Report

Select Reports, Treatments. Select the desired Report Configuration from the dropdown, specify 'Search Criteria’ as required, Load.

There are two ways to input Search Criteria to generate the Treatments Report - using the Search Criteria Form or using the EID Search Criteria. Refer to Report Search Criteria for further details.

Livestock Search Criteria pertains to Livestock's current values. Treatment Search Criteria pertains to information related to when the Treatment was administered.
Treatment Report Results show values as at the Treatment date/time.

1. This report can be configured to display the data fields most relevant to your requirements. Detailed instructions on creating or editing a Report Configuration can be found in Report Configurations.

Examples

1. To view information for individual animals that have been treated on specific Properties within a date range, you could configure your Search Criteria and Report Configuration as pictured. (You could then adjust your report config to include different fields as required.)
   
   If a Property is selected in both the Livestock Search Criteria and the Treatment Search Criteria, the results will be limited to animals that are currently still on that Property.
   
   Area Managers and Operators are required to select their Management Area in either the Livestock or Treatment Search Criteria (or both).
   Selecting the Management Area in the Treatment Search Criteria only, will give greater flexibility to the Treatment Report by allowing all animals treated to be returned in report results, even if they are no longer in the Management Area.
   
   
   To view a preset pivot and chart showing 'Treatment Usage over Time', from the above report, select the Pivot tab. (You could then customise the pivot or chart fields as required.)
   
   
2. To check the treatment history on a group of animals to ensure pre-vaccination requirements have been met, you could configure your Search Criteria and Report Config as pictured. This Config is not a preset, so you will need to first customise your own Report Config. (You could then adjust your report config to include different fields as required.)
   

   Only select the Session Property, where the Treatment occurred, in the Treatment Search Criteria as this will allow all treated animals to be returned in report results, even if they are no longer in the Management Area.
   
   To view a pivot showing a summary of the data, select the Pivot tab. (This pivot is not preset, so you will need to first customise your own Pivot table before data looks as follows.)
